摘 要:随着城市公共交通的发展,现代有轨电车因其投资较低、安全高效、节能环保等优势,受到国内中小城市的青睐。有轨电车多为地面交通,其车站一般为露天环境。套用传统轨道交通站台门系统绝缘方案,难以满足现代有轨电车的使用环境,站台门门体存在漏电风险。结合有轨电车站台门系统使用的特殊环境,在站台门门体安装时,首先,在预留的缝隙内填充绝缘耐火密封胶;其次,站台门门体与轨道做等电位连接,防止有轨电车与站台门系统之间存在电压差;最后,选取与敷设合适绝缘层材料,划分独立绝缘单元块,并设置支撑架与绝缘图层。按照上述要求,可保证站台门系统各检测点电阻均大于等于0.5 MΩ。本方案的可实施性较强,更适应有轨电车的使用环境,便于后期运营维护。With the development of urban public transportation,modern trams are favored by small and medium-sized cities in China due to their advantages of low investment,safety and efficiency,energy saving and environmental protection.Trams are mostly ground transportation,and their stations are generally open-air environments.Applying the traditional rail transit platform door system insulation scheme is difficult to meet the use environment of modern trams,and the platform door body has the risk of electric leakage.Combined with the special environment used by the tram platform door system,when the platform door body is installed,first,fill the reserved gap with insulating refractory sealant;There is a voltage difference between the tram and the platform door system;finally,select and lay appropriate insulating layer materials,divide independent insulating unit blocks,and set up support frames and insulating layers.According to the above requirements,it can be ensured that the resistance of each detection point of the platform door system is greater than or equal to 0.5 MΩ.This scheme is more implementable,more suitable for the use environment of trams,and facilitates later operation and maintenance.
