摘 要:目的:调查中学生认知情绪调节和愤怒情绪是否在中学生羞耻感与攻击行为之间起中介作用。方法:采用中学生羞耻感量表、认知情绪调节问卷以及攻击行为问卷对山西省阳城县473名中学生进行调查,分析羞耻感、认知情绪调节策略、愤怒、攻击行为的关系;认知情绪调节策略与愤怒能否在羞耻感与攻击行为之间起中介作用和链式中介作用。结果:①羞耻感、消极认知情绪调节策略、愤怒和攻击行为之间两两显著相关(r=0.50,0.44,0.53,0.35,0.53,0.82;P<0.01);②消极认知情绪调节策略和愤怒分别在羞耻感与攻击行为之间起中介作用(P<0.001);③消极认知情绪调节策略和愤怒在羞耻感与攻击行为间起链式中介作用(P<0.001)。结论:羞耻感高的中学生使用消极认知情绪调节策略会提高自己的愤怒情绪,进而表现出攻击行为。Objective:To investigate whether cognitive emotion regulation and anger mediate the relationship between shame and aggression in middle school students.Methods:Shame scale of middle school students is applied on the cognitive emotion regulation questionnaire and aggression questionnaire investigating 473 high school students Yangcheng county, Shanxi Province;the relationships of shame, cognitive emotion regulation strategies, anger and aggression and the mediated role of cognitive emotion regulation strategies and anger between the sense of shame and aggression were analyzed.Results:①There were significant correlations between shame, negative cognitive emotion regulation strategy, anger and aggressive behavior(r=0.50,0.44,0.53,0.35,0.53,0.82;P<0.01).②Negative cognitive emotion regulation strategy and anger played a mediating role in the relationship between shame and aggressive behavior(P<0.001).③The negative cognitive emotion regulation strategy and anger played a chain mediating role between shame and aggression(P<0.001).Conclusion:High school students with high sense of shame will use negative cognitive emotion regulation strategy to improve their anger, and then show aggressive behavior.
