闭合式开窗术联合压膜保持器牵引治疗低位埋伏牙的效果观察

摘　　要：目的分析闭合式开窗术联合压膜保持器牵引治疗低位埋伏牙的效果。方法抽取2017年1月至2022年1月济源市人民医院收治的低位埋伏牙患者50例,按照治疗方案将其分为研究组与对照组,每组25例。两组均行闭合式开窗术,对照组联合传统固定矫正器治疗,研究组联合压膜保持器牵引治疗。比较两组治疗效果、开窗-破龈时间、治疗满意度。结果研究组治疗总有效率(100%,25/25)与对照组(84%,21/25)比较差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组开窗-破龈时间为(8.04±0.67)个月,短于对照组的(10.57±0.74)个月,P<0.05。研究组总治疗满意度(100%,25/25)高于对照组(76%,19/25),P<0.05。结论闭合式开窗术联合压膜保持器牵引治疗低位埋伏牙效果确切,并可缩短开窗-破龈时间,提高治疗满意度。Objective To analyze the effect of closed fenestration combined with traction with compression film retainer on low impacted teeth.Methods A total of 50 patients with low impacted teeth who were admitted to Jiyuan People’s Hospital from January 2017 to January 2022 were selected,and they were divided into study group and control group according to the treatment plans,with 25 cases in each group.The two groups both were treated by closed fenestration,while the control group was treated by traditional fixed orthosis,and the study group was treated by traction with compression film retainer.The treatment effect,time of fenestration-gingival rupture,and treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the study group(100%,25/25)and the control group(84%,21/25),P>0.05.The time of fenestration-gingival rupture in the study group was(8.04±0.67)months,which was shorter than(10.57±0.74)months in the control group(P<0.05).The total treatment satisfaction rate of the study group(100%,25/25)was higher than that of the control group(76%,19/25),P<0.05.Conclusions Closed fenestration combined with traction with compression film retainer is effective in the treatment of low impacted teeth,moreover,it can shorten the fenestration-gingival rupture time,and improve the treatment satisfaction.
