摘 要:甲胎蛋白(AFP)与肝癌及多种肿瘤的发生发展密切相关,临床上已作为原发性肝癌的血清标志物,用于原发性肝癌的诊断及疗效检测。近年来,随着分子生物技术的进步,基于AFP核酸适配体的生物传感器不断涌现,取得了一些检测方法的新突破。本文综述了基于核酸适配体的AFP生物传感器分析方法的开发与应用情况,为开发新的高灵敏度、高选择性和高特异性AFP分析方法提供参考。Alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)is closely related to the occurrence and development of liver cancer and various tumors,and has been recognized as a serum marker of primary liver cancer in clinical diagnosis and the rapeutic effect detection.In recent years,with the progress of molecular biotechnology,biosensors based on AFP aptamer have been emerging,and some meaningful break throughs in detection methods have been made.In this paper,the development and application of AFP biosensor analysis methods based on aptamers were reviewed,which could provide a reference for developing new AFP analysis methods with high sensitivity,selectivity and specificity.
