摘　　要：吉林西部新型职业农民的培养可以从提高农民意识、完善职业农民培养体系、拓展培训资源、明确培养目标等方面入手,以有效提升新型职业农民的培养效果。基于此,文章主要探讨了吉林西部新型职业农民培养的意义和培养瓶颈所在,并提出了相应的解决措施,以期为吉林西部新型职业农民的培养提供理论支撑。The cultivation of new professional farmers in the west of Jilin province can be started from the aspects of raising farmers’awareness,improving the cultivation system of professional farmers,expanding training resources,and clarifying cultivation objectives,so as to effectively improve the cultivation effect of new professional farmers.Based on this,this paper mainly discusses the significance of the cultivation of new professional farmers in the west of Jilin province and the bottleneck of cultivation,and puts forward the corresponding solutions,in order to provide theoretical support for the cultivation of new professional farmers in the western Jilin province.
