摘  要:荜茇酰胺是源自胡椒科植物荜茇中的一种生物碱,学者们通过研究荜茇酰胺及其衍生物,发现其具有广泛的生理活性,包括:抗炎、神经保护、抗虫、抗肝纤维化、抗血管钙化及抗癌等。荜茇酰胺结构主要存在3个反应位点,笔者从荜茇酰胺出发,以其不同反应位点为线索,阐述荜茇酰胺及其衍生物的合成及其生物活性,同时浅谈其作用机制,为荜茇酰胺的新药研发提供科学依据。Piperlongumine is an alkaloid derived from Piper longum L.Through studies on piperlongumine and its derivatives,scientists have found that piperlongumine has a wide range of physiological activities,including anti-inflammatory,neuroprotective,anti-insect,anti-liver fibrosis,anti-vascular calcification,anti-tumor,etc.There are mainly three reaction sites in the structure of piperlongumine.Starting from piperlongumine,this paper elaborates the synthesis of piperlonguine and its derivatives,the biological activities of these compounds,and the mechanism of action according to the clues of different reaction sites.It provides scientific basis for the research and development of new drugs based on piperlongumine.
