摘　　要：高职院校是我国教育体系的重要组成部分,国家教育部、财政部“双高计划”对高职院校人才培养方向和质量提出了明确的要求,学校不仅要培养能够胜任一线专业技术岗位工作的高素质技能型人才,更要注重创新创业人才的选拔与培养。江苏农牧科技职业学院通过实施“专创”融合教育来有效提升高职院校的人才培养质量,实现高职院校“双高”建设目标。Higher vocational colleges is an important part of the education system in China, the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Finance “double high plan”for the direction of higher vocational education and puts forward the specific quality requirements, the school should not only develop to be able to do a line of high-quality skilled personnel professional technical position, should notice more innovative entrepreneurial talent selection and training. This paper proposes to improve the quality of talent training in higher vocational colleges and realize the goal of “double high plan” construction through the effective implementation of“specialized innovation” integrated education.
