进口与国产替加环素临床抗菌疗效对比

摘　　要：目的比较进口与国产替加环素的临床抗菌疗效,为国产替加环素的药品一致性评价和临床药物选择提供参考。方法收集2018年和2019年神经外科使用替加环素治疗的住院患者病例,按照替加环素生产厂家分组,对比国产泽坦与进口泰阁在不同剂量下的抗菌效果和成本。结果在各组给药方案下,二者抗菌效果均无显著性差异(P>0.05);与泰阁对照,泽坦50 mg剂量组和100mg剂量组增量成本-效益比分别为-1403和-1897。结论泽坦的临床抗菌效果不低于泰阁,使用泽坦治疗CRO感染在不降低疗效的同时,可降低抗感染治疗成本,减轻患者经济负担。Objective To compare the clinical antibacterial efficacy of imported and domestic tigecyclin,and to provide reference for drug consistency evaluation and clinical drug selection of domestic tigecyclin.Methods The inpatients treated with tigecyclin in neurosurgery in 2018 and 2019 were collected,grouped according to the manufacturer of tigecyclin,and the efficacy and cost of Zetan and Taige at different doses were compared.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with Taige,the incremental costbenefit ratios of Zetan 50-mg dose group and 100-mg dose group were-1403 and-1897 respectively.Conclusion The clinical antibacterial effect of Zetan is not lower than that of Taige.The use of Zetan in the treatment of CRO infection will not reduce the curative effect,and it also reduce the cost of anti-infection treatment and the economic burden of patients.
