摘　　要：党的二十大报告提出,坚持以推动高质量发展为主题,加快建设现代化产业体系。金融产业作为重要的现代产业,是产业创新发展的关键支撑。潍坊高新区围绕“金融赋能产业发展”新要求,发力科创金融,不断创新攻坚,出政策、聚资源、优服务,构建起基于企业全生命周期的债股结合投融资支持体系,引导金融资源加速向科创企业聚集,撬动资本赋能科技创新,推动经济高质量发展。The report to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out that we should accelerate the construction of a modern industrial system by adhering to the theme of promoting high-quality development.As an important modern industry,the financial industry is the key support for industrial innovation and development.Centering around the new requirement that finance should empower the industrial development,Weifang Hightech Industrial Development Zone has made great efforts to concentrate on technology and innovation finance.By constantly innovating and tackling key problems,developing policies,gathering resources,and optimizing services,it has constructed a debt equity investment and financing support system based on the full life cycle of enterprises to guide the accelerated gathering of financial resources to sci-tech and innovation enterprises,to get capital to empower technological innovation,and to promote the high-quality development of economy.As of October,the loan balance of the whole zone was 88.043billion yuan,up 30.13% and 18.67 percentage points higher than that of the whole city.The capital market financing was 5.4 billion yuan,accounting for about 1/6 of the total of the whole city.A regional industrial financial highland and a financial service highland are accelerating to take shape.
