摘　　要：从中国家具行业内外两方面宏观背景与行业现状入手,对其深刻变化的根源进行了深度分析;并在逻辑推演的基础上对未来行业发展的十大方向做出了最新研判;同时,对家具企业个体如何生存与发展提出了建议。This paper is the keynote speech of the author on the third council of the seventh session of China Furniture Industry Association.Based on the macro background and the current situation of the industry,the root causes are analyzed in depth;On the basis of logical deduction,the latest research on the ten major directions of future industry development is made;Finally,this paper gives advice on how to survive and develop for individual enterprises.
