基于包容性理念的图书馆家具适老化设计策略研究

摘　　要：人口老龄化日趋严重的背景下,“精神赡养”成为公共图书馆拓展出的新的服务方向,本文选取了公共图书馆中与老年人服务体验最为密切的家具产品为研究对象,以温州图书馆老年读者为调研目标,在充分统计老年人生理、心理特征的量化研究基础上,结合定性分析归纳出老年人生理及心理因素延异所导致的行为特征,从而明确具有共性的设计诉求,借此引入包容性设计理念建构图书馆家具适老化设计策略:多维增强生理感官的认知代偿、设计要素契合认知经验的心理代偿、系统包容差异化需求的行为代偿,以期能够满足老年读者在内的多元用户对图书馆家具的不同使用需求。Under the background of the aging population,"spiritual support"has become a new service direction of public libraries.Therefore,the furniture products in public libraries that have the closest service experience with the elderly are selected as the research object,and the elderly readers in Wenzhou Library are taken as the research object.Based on the quantitative research of fully counting the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly,combined with qualitative analysis,the behavioral characteristics caused by the delay of physiological and psychological factors of the elderly are summarized.Therefore,the common design demands are defined,and the inclusive design concept is introduced to construct the aging-appropriate design strategy of library furniture:cognitive compensation of multidimensional enhancement of physiological senses,psychological compensation of design elements in line with cognitive experience,and behavioral compensation of systematic tolerance of differentiated needs,so as to meet the different needs of multiple users including the elderly readers for library furniture.
