摘　　要：本文探讨了拖链浸出器提产的改造过程,通过对箱体长度、上下筛板及其托架、上下油斗、喷淋管数量、链条刮板进行改造,实现了拖链浸出器处理能力由800 t/d提升至1 000 t/d的目标。改造后浸出器运行稳定,混合油循环正常,残油指标合格。This paper discusses the transformation process of the drag chain extractor to increase production. Through the transformation of the box length, the upper and lower screen plates and their brackets, the upper and lower oil buckets, the number of spray pipes, and the chain scraper, the goal of increasing the processing capacity of the drag chain extractor from 800 t/d to 1 000 t/d was achieved. After the transformation, the leacher operates stably, the mixed oil circulation is normal, and the residual oil index is qualified.
