摘 要:目的探索和总结激光对神经纤维瘤瘤体表面色素增多的临床治疗效果。方法回顾性分析自2017年11月至2022年7月,于上海交通大学医学院附属第九人民医院激光美容科接受激光治疗的10例神经纤维瘤瘤体表面色素增多患者,激光包括755 nm皮秒翠绿宝石激光,Q开关755 nm翠绿宝石激光,低能量Q开关1064 nm和/或长脉宽755 nm翠绿宝石激光。3名医师依据治疗前后的照片进行治疗改善视觉模拟(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分,同时记录患者病灶复发和不良反应发生情况。结果10例患者病灶经2~10次激光照射治疗,改善评分为(2.93±1.13)分(1~4)分,平均清除率>50%。随访时间为(30.28±16.90)个月(9.21~56.95)个月,总体复发率为20%,无严重不良反应发生。结论激光治疗神经纤维瘤瘤体表面色素增多是安全有效的,多次治疗可明显改善患者外观。此外,长脉宽755 nm翠绿宝石激光可用于改善病灶合并的异常毛发生长。Objective To explore and summarize the clinical efficacy of laser in the treatment of pigmentation within neurofibromas.Methods Ten patients with pigmentation within neurofibromas were included in this study.All patients underwent laser treatment from November 2017 to July 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.Laser includes 755 nm picosecond alexandrite laser,755 nm Q-switched alexandrite lasers,Q-switched 1064 nm laser and/or long-pulsed 755 nm alexandrite laser.The efficacy was evaluated according to the visual analogue scale(VAS)by 3 physicians.The recurrence and adverse reactions were also recorded.Results After 2 to 10 times of laser treatment,the average improvement score was(2.93±1.13)(1-4)and the average clearance rate was more than 50%.The mean follow-up period was(30.28±16.90)months(9.21 to 56.95 months).The overall recurrence rate was 20%,and no serious adverse reactions were reported.Conclusion Laser treatment is safe and effective for pigmentation within neurofibromas.The appearance of patients can be significantly improved after repeated treatments.Furthermore,long-pulsed 755 nm alexandrite laser can be used to improve the lesion accompanied with abnormal hair growth.
