摘 要:根据箱式钢结构集成模块建筑工程设计案例,结合工程结构理论、相关技术规程和标准,对箱式模块建筑结构体系特点和节点构造形式深入分析研究,提出改进型叠箱结构理念,并就其主要设计思想和技术方法进行论述和探讨。建议:①考虑在抗震设防烈度7度及以下地区,采用改进型叠箱结构等代箱-框结构,建造相同高度的模块建筑;②对于高层箱式模块建筑,在不同抗震设防烈度和风压地区,其箱体结构强度、箱体之间组构强度及刚度、箱体与非箱体结构协同受力及刚度分配、抗结构连续性倒塌能力等方面,还需要通过可靠的实验数据求证空间结构计算和分析的不确定性。According to the architectural engineering design case of box steel structure integrated module,combined with engineering structure theory,relevant technical regulations and standards,deeply analyzes and studies the structural system characteristics and node structure form of box module building,puts forward the concept of improved stacked box structure,and discusses its main design ideas and technical methods.It provides a reference for the application and development of box module building structure system.It suggests that:①It is feasible to construct modular buildings with the same height by using improved stacked box structure instead of box frame structure in areas with seismic fortification intensity of 7 and below;②For high-rise box type modular buildings,in areas with different seismic fortification intensity and wind pressure,the uncertainty of spatial structure calculation and analysis needs to be verified through reliable experimental data in terms of box structure strength,structural strength and stiffness between boxes,collaborative stress and stiffness distribution between box and non box structures,resistance to structural continuous collapse,etc.
