工业互联网企业数字创业绩效的前因组态研究

摘　　要：数字创业是数字经济繁荣发展的关键环节,其绩效是多层面因素协同作用的结果。文章以科创板的21个工业互联网企业为样本,基于“技术—组织—环境”分析框架,运用模糊集定性比较分析方法探究技术、组织和环境层面的5个前因条件对工业互联网企业数字创业绩效的组态效应。结果表明:单个前因条件并不构成产生高数字创业绩效的必要条件;工业互联网企业高数字创业绩效的前因组态有三条,可以划分为技术—组织—环境三边协同型和技术—组织双轮驱动型两种;非高数字创业绩效的前因组态有三条,与实现高数字创业绩效的两种组态存在非对称性;在一定条件下,前因间存在替代效应。研究结论揭示了中国工业互联网企业实现高数字创业绩效的复杂成因,并能为工业互联网企业数字创业实践提供有益启示。Digital entrepreneurship is the key to the prosperity and development of the digital economy,and its performance is the result of the synergy of multi-level factors.Based on the“technology-organization-environment”analysis framework,this paper takes 21 industrial internet of things(IIoT)enterprises listed on the science and innovation board as samples,and uses the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method to explore the configuration effect of five antecedents at the level of technology,organization,and environment on the digital entrepreneurship performance of IIoT enterprises.The results show that a single antecedent condition does not constitute a necessary condition for high digital entrepreneurship performance;there are three antecedents of high digital entrepreneurship performance of IIoT enterprises,which can be divided into technology-organization-environment trilateral collaborative type and technology-organization two wheel drive type;there are three antecedent configurations of non-high digital entrepreneurship performance,which are not symmetrical with the two configurations to achieve high digital entrepreneurship performance;under certain conditions,there is substitution effect between antecedents.The research conclusion reveals the complex causes of high digital entrepreneurship performance of Chinese IIoT enterprises,and can provide useful enlightenment for the digital entrepreneurship practice of IIoT enterprises.
