摘　　要：薄壁轴套热处理及机加工过程容易发生变形,特别是高精度薄壁轴套加工难度大,通过探索高精度薄壁台阶轴套外圆加工的方法,采取改进措施后提升该类产品质量、提高效率,达到量产的目的。Thin-wall heat treatment shaft sleeve and machining process is prone to deformation, especially high-precision thin-wall shaft sleeve, processing is difficult, through the exploration of high-precision thin-wall step shaft sleeve round processing method, take improvement measures, to achieve the quality of such products, efficiency improvement, to achieve the purpose of mass production.
