摘 要:目的:探析复发性口腔溃疡(RAU)应用激光技术(半导体激光治疗仪)的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月~12月在辽宁省盘锦市中心医院口腔第一诊区口腔治疗科就诊的80例RAU患者,随机数字表法分为两组各40例。两组均给予标准化RAU治疗,同时给予重组人表皮生长因子外用溶液(rhEGF),观察组联合半导体激光治疗仪。对比两组临床疗效及治疗相关指标情况,不良反应事件发生率,随访治疗结束1个月后复发率。结果:观察组的临床疗效率(97.50%)明显高于对照组(77.50%),组间存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组疼痛指数明显低于对照组且愈合时间明显短于对照组,组间存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。观察组复发率(5.00%)均明显低于对照组(20.00%),组间存在统计学差异(P<0.05),两组不良反应发生率分别为2.50%、0,观察组发生轻微皮肤损伤,停止治疗后可有效缓解,组间不良反应发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。观察组治疗后1年疼痛感评分明显低于对照组,组间存在统计学差异(P<0.05);组间治疗前疼痛感评分无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:半导体激光治疗仪应用于RAU治疗中临床效果显著,可有效改善相关症状,缓解疼痛,促进溃疡快速愈合,降低疾病复发率,且安全性较高。Objective: To explore the clinical effect of laser technology(semiconductor laser therapeutic apparatus) on recurrent oral ulcer(RAU). Methods: 80 RAU patients from January to December, 2020 in the Department of Stomatology of the First Stomatological Clinic of Panjin Central Hospital of Liaoning Province were randomly divided into two groups with 40 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with standardized RAU, and at the same time, recombinant human epidermal growth factor solution for external use(rhEGF) was given, while the observation group was combined with semiconductor laser therapeutic apparatus. The clinical efficacy, treatment-related indicators, incidence of adverse events and recurrence rate after one month of follow-up treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: The clinical curative rate of the observation group(97.50%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.50%), and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The pain index of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group, and the healing time was significantly shorter than that of control group(P<0.05). The recurrence rate of the observation group(5.00%) was significantly lower than that of the control group(20.00%), and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was 2.50% and 0, respectively. The slight skin injury in the observation group could be effectively alleviated after stopping treatment, and there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05). The pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group one year after treatment, and there was a statistical difference between the groups(P<0.05);There was no statistical difference in pain scores between groups before treatment(P>0.05).
