香连片联合柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片治疗溃疡性结肠炎大肠湿热证疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察香连片联合柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)大肠湿热证的疗效。方法:108例按随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组各54例。两组均用柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片治疗,治疗组加用香连片,两组均治疗8周。结果:治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组腹泻、出血、黏膜表现、医师评估病情以及大肠湿热证症状评分均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。治疗后两组血清PCT与CRP水平均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论:香连片联合柳氮磺吡啶肠溶片治疗UC大肠湿热证疗效较好。Objective:To observe the curative effect of Xianglian Tablets combined with Sulfasalazine Entericcoated Tablets in the treatment of ulcerative colitis(UC)with large intestine damp-heat syndrome.Methods:A total of 108cases were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,54 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with sulfasalazine enteric-coated tablets,and the treatment group were treated with Xianglian Tablets.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of diarrhea,bleeding,mucosal manifestations,physician assessment and symptoms of large intestine damp-heat syndrome in the two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the decrease in the treatment group was more obvious(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum PCT and CRP levels in two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the decrease in the treatment group was more obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xianglian Tablets combined with Sulfasalazine Enteric-coated Tablets is effective in treating UC with large intestine damp-heat syndrome.
