摘　　要：目的探讨斑状食管严重程度与食管病变内镜黏膜下剥离术(ESD)术后病理的关系。方法回顾性收集2018-2021年在山东第一医科大学第一附属医院(山东省千佛山医院)内镜诊疗科进行食管病变ESD治疗的患者信息。根据碘染色评价食管黏膜情况,根据不同程度进行分级,分析斑状食管的严重程度对内镜下切除术后病理的影响。对有顺序性的计数资料进行卡方线性趋势检验,对无序性的计数资料采用卡方检验。结果随着斑状食管严重程度的增加,男性比例呈明显升高趋势。随着斑状食管严重程度的增加,手术切除病灶大小变大,同时随着斑状食管严重程度的增加,ESD术后病理深度更深。而随着手术切除病灶大小增加,术后病理深度也更深。结论随着斑状食管严重程度的增加,手术切除病灶直径变大,病理浸润深度更深。Objective To investigate the relationship between the severity of multiple lugol-voiding lesions and the pathology of early esophageal cancer after ESD.Methods Retrospective study.We collected the information of patients undergoing endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD)for esophageal lesions in the department of gastroenterology,the First Affiliated Hospital of Shandong First Medical University.Esophageal mucosa was evaluated by iodine staining and graded according to different degrees to analyze the influence of multiple lugol-voiding lesions on the pathology of esophageal lesions after ESD.Chi-square test for linear trend was used for sequential counting data and chi-square test was used for disordered counting data.Results With the increase of multiple lugol-voiding lesions,there are more males than females.With the increase of multiple lugol-voiding lesions,the lesion size became larger,and the pathological depth became deeper.With the increase of lesion size,the depth of postoperative pathology is deeper.Conclusion With the increase of multiple lugol-voiding lesions,the lesion size became larger and the pathological depth deeper.
