摘  要:基于生物质资源化理念以及环境工程专业人才培养需求,设计了“三维生物质水凝胶吸附剂制备及性能测定”实验。以秸秆为原料优化制备了生物质水凝胶吸附剂,通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)表征了其理化性质,并初步考察了其对水中重金属离子Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能及动力学模型,最后设置了涉及相关影响因素考察和机理探讨的开放性拓展实验。该实验将专业理论知识、实验操作技能及前沿科技成果相结合,能够为学生后续进行研究性、创新性实验以及进一步深造打下坚实基础,也有利于强化他们的环保意识。The experiment of“preparation of three-dimensional biomass hydrogel adsorbent and its property”was designed based on the concept of biomass recycling and the training needs of environmental engineering professionals.In this experiment,the bio-hydrogel adsorbents are prepared by using straw as raw material,and their physical and chemical properties are characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM),fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR)and X-ray diffraction(XRD)analysis.The adsorption properties and kinetic models of the adsorbents towards Cr(Ⅵ)in water solution are investigated,and expand exploratory experiments which involves investigation of influencing factors and mechanism discussions are also designed.This experiment combines the professional theoretical knowledge,experimental operation skills with advanced scientific and technological achievements,which will lay a solid foundation for students’subsequent research and innovation experiments,and further education,also be conductive to strengthen their awareness of environmental protection.
