摘 要:针对机械工程测试课程实验要求,结合管道内壁测量的实际工程问题,该文设计了一种基于高分辨率摄像机与光学反射系统的全向结构光视觉传感器,该传感器采用结构光视觉三维测量技术实现管道内壁缺陷测量,具有制造成本低、测量精度高的特点。针对传感器标定与应用设计了4个实验项目,实验结果表明,在狭窄受限空间和低光照的环境中,该测量系统可以实现管道内壁的三维测量,满足实际应用要求。通过实验,学生加深了对视觉测量理论知识的理解,掌握了理论知识在实际工程中的应用,为后续研究及工作打下基础。Aiming at the experimental requirements of mechanical engineering testing course,combined with the practical engineering problems of pipeline inner wall measurement,this paper designs an omnidirectional structured light vision sensor based on high-resolution camera and optical reflection system.The sensor uses structured light vision 3D measurement technology to realize pipe inner wall defect measurement,which has the characteristics of low manufacturing cost and high measurement accuracy.4 experimental projects are designed for sensor calibration and application.The experimental results show that the measurement system can realize the 3D measurement of the inner wall of the pipes in the narrow confined space and low illumination environment,which meets the practical application requirements.Through experiments,students have deepened their understanding of the theoretical knowledge of visual measurement,mastered the application of theoretical knowledge in practical engineering,and laid the foundation for subsequent research and work.
