摘　　要：如何合理计划各类仪器设备占比及排序、科学论证仪器设备型号、有效降低采购风险、规范安置与调试仪器设备并最终顺利开放和使用仪器设备,是高校仪器设备购置工作中的共性问题。某高校纤维材料改性国家重点实验室在为期4年的仪器设备专项购置工作中,通过横纵协同管理模式——横向协调各项目占比与排序问题,纵向解决项目购置各阶段遇到的问题——顺利完成专项购置工作,有效支撑了实验室科学研究。How to reasonably plan the proportion and sequence of various types of instruments and equipment,scientifically demonstrate the model of instruments and equipment,effectively reduce purchase risks,standardize the placement and commissioning of instruments and equipment,and finally smoothly open and use instruments and equipment are common problems in the purchase of instruments and equipment in colleges and universities.During the four-year special purchase of instruments and equipment,through the horizontal and vertical collaborative management mode:horizontally coordinate the proportion and sequencing of various projects,vertically solve the problems encountered in each stage of project purchase,the State Key Laboratory for Modification of Chemical Fibers and Polymer Materials of a university has successfully completed the special purchase,which effectively supported laboratory scientific research.
