摘 要:目前,在我国建筑内部普遍采用的各类固定消防设施中,能够直接出水对初起火灾实施有效压制的自动喷水灭火系统已经逐渐成为建筑内部消防安全环境的重要保障。其中,自动喷水灭火系统闭式系统射水动作的及时启动需要通过洒水喷头内部感温元件对环境周边温度的自动感应。玻璃球感温元件的实际动作时间通常与元件自身的形状尺寸、热力性能、与起火源的实际距离、起火现场火灾烟气温度以及烟气流动速度等参数直接相关。通过对玻璃球感温元件内部实际构造进行深入研究,对相关参数对感温玻璃球实际启动时间的影响程度进行了具体分析,为产品的升级、制造提供必要的参考依据。At present,among the various fixed firefighting facilities commonly used in buildings in our country,the automatic sprinkler system can directly discharge water to effectively suppress the initial fire.It has gradually become an important guarantee for the fire safety environment inside the building.The timely start of the water jet action of the sealed automatic sprinkler system requires the automatic induction of the ambient temperature through the internal temperature sensing element of the sprinkler.The actual operating time of the glass ball temperature sensing element is usually directly related to the shape and size of the original itself,the thermal performance,the actual distance from the fire source,the temperature of the fire flue gas at the fire scene,and the flow speed of the flue gas.Through in-depth research on the actual structure of the glass ball temperature sensing element,the influence of relevant parameters on the actual start-up time of the glass ball is analyzed in detail,which provides the necessary reference for the upgrading and manufacturing of the product.
