摘 要:多刺绿绒蒿(Meconopsis horridula)与全缘叶绿绒蒿(Meconopsis integrifolia)是传统藏药,多刺绿绒蒿具有抗肿瘤、活血化瘀、接骨止痛等功效;全缘叶绿绒蒿具有清热解毒、止咳、保肝和抗氧化功能。为了探究两种绿绒蒿属植物根部以及叶部可培养内生菌多样性,采用纯培养研究方法,分离纯化分布在同一生境两种绿绒蒿属植物的内生菌,最终得到两种绿绒蒿属植物内生细菌16种,真菌4种,分布于13个属。在不同地理位置的多刺绿绒蒿与全缘叶绿绒蒿内生菌中Bacillus均为优势属。Bacillus atrophaeus在两种绿绒蒿属植物根与叶中均可被分离出,在多刺绿绒蒿根与叶可培养内生菌中,Bacillus mycoides、Bacillus atrophaeus均为优势种,全缘叶绿绒蒿可培养内生菌中优势种为Bacillus altitudinis、Bacillus atrophaeus。本研究中所分离的内生菌可能在植物应对高寒环境方面发挥一定作用,为开发利用藏药植物微生物资源提供了基础数据支持。Meconopsis horridula and Meconopsis integrifolia are traditional Tibetan medicines.Meconopsis horridula is used for antitumor, and Meconopsis integrifolia has hepatoprotective and antioxidant functions.The purpose of this paper is to investigate the diversity of culturable endophytes in the roots and leaves of two species of Meconopsis.endophytes were isolated and purified from two species of Meconopsis.Total 16 bacteria and 4 fungus were obtained, which were distributed in 13 genera.Bacillus was the dominant genus, found in both Meconopsis horridula and Meconopsis integrifolia in different geographical locations.Bacillus atrophaeus was isolated in the roots and leaves of both Meconopsis plants.Bacillus mycoides and Bacillus atrophaeus were the dominant endophytes in the root and leaf of Meconopsis horridula.Bacillus altitudinis and Bacillus atrophaeus were dominant species in Meconopsis integrifolia.The isolated endophytes may play a role in plant coping with alpine environment.This study provides basic data support for the development and utilization of medicinal plant microbial resources.
