摘　　要：党的十九届六中全会通过的《中共中央关于党的百年奋斗重大成就和历史经验的决议》(以下简称《决议》),科学回答“中国共产党是什么、要干什么”,“培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人”的问题,指明了思想政治教育的发展方向,为确立高校思想政治教育的基本原则和叙事主题提供了根本遵循。《决议》再次强调要“坚持唯物史观和正确党史观”,为破解“历史虚无主义荼毒大学生精神世界”这一现实问题提供了思想武器。《决议》明确提出“确立习近平同志党中央的核心、全党的核心地位,确立习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的指导地位”的重大政治论断,为高校思想政治教育的科学发展提供了政治保证和思想指引。深度挖掘全会精神蕴含的育人资源,既是赓续党的百年奋斗精神的内在要求,也是高校思想政治教育工作一以贯之的重要使命。高校应以全会精神引领新时代思想政治建设,强化使命担当、站稳人民立场、反对错误观念、拥护党的领导,引导大学生把“两个确立”内化为服从、捍卫核心的理论自觉和行动自觉,从而更好地推动高校思想政治教育科学发展。Resolution of the CPC Central Committee on the Major Achievements and Historical Experience of the Party over the Past Century adopted at the Sixth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee,is a programmatic document embedding truth of Marxism and provides spiritual nourishment for ideological and political education in colleges and universities.The Resolution has made scientific answer to the fundamental question of“what is CPC and what should it do”,and it has pointed out the development direction of ideological and political education while providing a fundamental basis for the establishment of the basic principles and narrative theme of ideological and political education in colleges and universities to follow;the Resolution reemphasizes the need to“adhere to the historical materialism and the correct view of party history”,which not only lays a philosophical foundation for answering the fundamental question of“whom to cultivate and how to cultivate and to whom to cultivate”,but also provides an ideological weapon for solving the practical problem of“historical nihilism that poisons the spiritual world of college students”;the Resolution clearly proposes major political conclusion on“establishing the position of Xi Jinping as the core of the CPC Central Committee and of the whole Party,and establishing the guiding position of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era”,which provides a political guarantee and ideological guidance for the scientific development of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.To deeply explore the nurturing resources contained in the spirit of the Plenary Session is not only an inherent requirement to continue the Party’s century-long striving spirit,but also a consistent and important mission of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Universities should adopt the spirit of the Plenary Session to lead the development of ideological and political education in the new era,s
