摘 要:以120t数字液压缸为研究对象,建立含有反馈机构动力学特性的数字液压缸系统框图。将数字液压缸系统分为五个结构子模块,并深入分析五个结构子模块间的耦合关系,揭示反馈机构对数字液压缸系统的影响。在频域上对系统框图进行简化分析,给出其化简意义。搭建数字液压缸系统的仿真模型,通过仿真从稳定性和快速性两方面研究每步简化对系统的阶跃响应影响。结果表明,电机频宽和丝杠导程变小或者阀芯转动惯量变大,对简化前后数字液压缸性能有较大影响,因此在进行优化设计时应根据实际参数选用合适的简化模型。Taking 120 t digital hydraulic cylinder as the research object, the block diagram of the digital hydraulic cylinder system with dynamic characteristics of feedback mechanism is established. The digital hydraulic cylinder system is divided into five structural sub-modules, and the coupling relationship between the five structural sub-modules is deeply analyzed to reveal the influence of feedback mechanism on the digital hydraulic cylinder system. The system block diagram is simplified and analyzed in frequency domain, and its simplification significance is given. The simulation model of the digital hydraulic cylinder system is established, and the influence of each step of the simplification on the step response of the system is studied from the aspects of stability and rapidity by simulation. The results show that the performance of the digital hydraulic cylinder before and after the simplification is greatly affected by the reduction of the motor frequency width and the lead of the lead screw or the increase of the rotary inertia of the valve core. Therefore, the appropriate simplified model should be selected according to the actual parameters in the optimization design.
