摘 要:盾尾注浆是盾构隧道建设工程中重要的地层沉降控制方法,而浆液的扩散特性是盾尾注浆控制的重要问题。文章利用多物理场数值分析软件研究了盾构隧道盾尾注浆浆液扩散特性,分析了同时考虑盾尾浆液流动和土体渗流条件下的注浆浆液的扩散特性。研究结果表明,在盾尾注浆过程中,浆液沿盾尾间隙层方向流动与土体中的渗流同步发生,分析中应考虑两者耦合影响;盾尾间隙中浆液流动速度、管片上的浆液压力和注浆压力造成的土体位移均会随着注浆压力的增大而增大,同时随离盾尾距离的增加而逐渐降低。工程注浆设计时应合理地控制注浆参数,以保证土体沉降控制效果。Shield tail grouting is an important ground settlement control method in shield tunnel construction, and diffusion characteristic of the slurry is an important problem of shield tail grouting control. In this paper, the diffusion characteristic of grouting slurry in shield tail of shield tunnel is studied by using multi-physical field numerical analysis software, and the diffusion characteristic of grouting slurry under the conditions of both shield tail slurry flow and soil seepage is analyzed. The results show that in the process of shield tail grouting, the flow of slurry along the gap layer of shield tail and the seepage in soil occur simultaneously, and the coupling effect of the two should be considered in the analysis. The slurry flow velocity in the shield tail gap, the slurry pressure on the segment and the soil displacement caused by grouting pressure will increase with the increase of grouting pressure, and decrease with the increase of the distance from the shield tail. Grouting parameters should be reasonably controlled during the grouting design of the project to ensure the control effect of soil settlement.
