摘 要:文章围绕涨壳式中空预应力锚杆一体化技术的应用进行分析,以某高原铁路隧道锚杆施工为工程实例,分析了施工的重难点问题,基于高原铁路鲁朗隧道加强主动支护理念,采用成熟的锚杆作业台车,实现钻、注、锚及施加预应力一体化施工,并对预紧力进行监测。研究表明:隧道采用全工序机械化施工,平均施作一根锚杆的时间为4~4.5 min,确保了锚杆作业与掌子面掘进同步推进。采用涨壳式中空预应力锚杆一体化技术,可实现掌子面少人化施工,进行预应力张拉智能控制和锁定,提高锚杆效果和质量,可为今后提高锚杆一体化程度提供参考。This paper focuses on the analysis of the application of the expansion type hollow prestressed bolt integrated technology. Taking the bolt construction of a plateau railway tunnel as an engineering example, the key and difficult problems in the construction are analyzed. Based on the concept of strengthening active support in Lulang tunnel on plateau railway, the mature bolt operating trolley is adopted to realize the integrated construction of drilling, grouting,anchoring and prestressing, and the pre-tightening force is monitored. The research shows that the tunnel adopts full-process mechanized construction, and the average construction time of a bolt is 4-4.5 min, which ensures that the bolt operation and the excavation of the tunnel face advance synchronously. The application of the expansion type hollow prestressed bolt integrated technology can realize less-manual construction of the tunnel face, intelligent control and locking of prestressed tensioning, and improve the effect and quality of bolts, which can provide reference for improving the integration degree of bolts in the future.
