电机与拖动课程思政建设案例设计

摘　　要：以人才培养为中心,围绕立德树人根本任务,把思想政治工作贯穿教育教学全过程。全面梳理挖掘电机与拖动课程所蕴含的思政元素,充分发挥专业课程所承载的育人功能,将价值引领、知识传授和能力培养融为一体,实现电机与拖动课程与思想政治理论课程同向同行。该文以电机与拖动中三相交流感应电动机功率和转矩这部分知识点为例,通过对学生知识、能力和思想等方面的分析,明确本次课程的思政总体目标,树立科技强国、大国情怀的理想信念和为实现中国制造而奋发图强的拼搏精神。从建立节能环保、生产安全意识、辩证思维和科学方法论入手,侧重于学生社会主义核心价值观的引领,激发学生在专业课程学习过程中树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观,塑造团队合作、科学探索精神、创新精神和工匠精神等思想政治意识。Centering on personnel training and focusing on the fundamental task of buildingmorality and cultivating people,ideological and political work runs through the whole process of education and teaching.We comprehensively sort out and excavate the ideological and political elements contained in the course of motor and drive,give full play to the educational function carried by professional courses,integrate value guidance,knowledge transfer and ability training,and realize the same direction as the course of Ideological and political theory.Taking the knowledge points of power and torque of three-phase AC induction motor in Motor and Drive as an example,through the analysis of students'knowledge,ability and thought,this paper defines the overall ideological and political goal of this course:to establish the ideal and belief of being a powerful country through science and technology and the fighting spirit of striving hard to achieve made in China.Starting with the establishment of energy conservation and environmental protection,production safety awareness,dialectical thinking and scientific methodology,we focus on guiding students'socialist core values,stimulating students to establish correct world outlook,outlook on life and values in the process of professional curriculum learning,and shaping ideological and political consciousness such as team cooperation,scientific exploration spirit,innovation spirit and craftsman spirit.
