摘  要:接触网检修工程车车架作为工程车的重要承载部件,其强度和刚度是否满足标准要求十分重要。因此,文章针对接触网检修作业车车架,利用有限元分析手段对车架结构进行静强度仿真计算。计算结果表明:车架静载挠度满足标准设计要求;其在拉伸、压缩工况下,最大应力分布峰值均小于材料许用应力,在修理、起吊、起复工况下,最大应力均小于材料的屈服极限,材料的利用率均小于1,满足标准要求。The frame of the overhead contact line maintenance engineering vehicle as an important bearing part of the engineering vehicle,whether its strength and stiffness meet the standard requirements is very important.Therefore,aiming at the frame of the overhead contact line maintenance engineering vehicle,this paper uses finite element analysis method to carry out simulation calculation of its static strength.The calculation results show that the static load deflection of the frame meets the standard design requirements.Under the tensile and compression working conditions,the peak value distribution of the maximum stress is less than the allowable stress of the material.Under the repair,lifting and resetting working conditions,the maximum stress is less than the yield limit of the material,and the utilization rate of the material is less than 1,which meets the standard requirements.
