设计施工总承包模式下地铁建设工期管理措施及成效分析——以广州地铁18号线首通段为例

摘　　要：目前,全国各主要城市正在通过创新建设管理模式加快推进地铁建设进度,而设计施工总承包模式是国内比较成熟且行之有效的建设工程管理手段之一。文章以广州地铁18号线首通段为例,阐述了该线路在设计施工总承包模式下的建设工期管理内容,并对该模式下线路建设过程中工期管理措施及管理成效进行了分析,为今后优化地铁工期管理提供了宝贵借鉴。At present,major cities across the country are accelerating the progress of subway construction through innovative construction management mode,and the Design-Build general contracting mode is one of the relatively mature and effective construction project management means in China.Taking the first open section of Guangzhou Metro Line 18 as an example,this paper expounds the construction period management content of the line under the Design-Construction general contracting mode,and analyzes the construction period management measures and management effectiveness in the process of line construction under this mode,which provides valuable reference for optimizing the subway construction period management in the future.
