摘　　要：目的 探讨Cath-D、c-erbB-2蛋白在三阴乳腺癌(TNBC)组织中表达水平及其与淋巴结转移、肿瘤标志物水平的相关性。方法 择取2019年10月—2021年10月本院就诊的TNBC患者共计86例(TNBC组),同期收集乳腺纤维腺瘤患者86例(对照组),对比2组组织切片阳性表达、肿瘤标志物水平、是否淋巴结转移等。结果 TNBC组Cath-D、c-erbB-2的阳性表达率相比对照组均较高(P<0.05);淋巴结转移患者Cath-D、c-erbB-2的阳性表达率均高于对照组(P<0.05);TNBC组CEA、CA15-3、CA125水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);淋巴结转移患者CEA、CA15-3、CA125水平均高于未转移患者(P<0.05);TNBC淋巴结转移患者与Cath-D、c-erbB-2阳性表达率、肿瘤标志物水平成正相关性(P<0.05)。结论 TNBC患者的Cath-D、c-erbB-2具有较高的阳性表达率,实际检测时应综合考虑是否发生淋巴结转移等病变。Objective This study aims to investigate the expression of Cath-D and c-erbB-2 protein in three negative breast cancer(TNBC) and its correlation with lymph node metastasis and tumor markers. Methods A total of 86 patients with TNBC from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected(TNBC group), and 86 patients with breast fibroadenoma(control group) were collected at the same time. The positive expression of tissue sections, the levels of tumor markers and lymph node metastasis were compared between the two groups. Results The positive rates of Cath-D and c-erbB-2 in the TNBC group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the positive rates of Cath-D and c-erbB-2 in patients with lymph node metastasis were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of CEA, CA15-3 and CA125 in the TNBC group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of CEA, CA15-3 and CA125 in patients with lymph node metastasis were higher than those in patients without lymph node metastasis(P<0.05);patients with TNBC lymph node metastasis had positive correlation with the positive expression rates of Cath-D and c-erbB-2 and tumor marker level(P<0.05). Conclusion The positive rates of Cath-D and c-erbB-2 in patients with TNBC are high. Whether lymph node metastasis and other lesions occur should be comprehensively considered in usual detections.
