摘　　要：新工科教育为高等教育人才培养提出了新的导向,为地方应用型高校办学提出了新的挑战也带来转型发展的机遇,地方应用型高校结合自身办学条件以新工科教育理念正在进行专业内涵建设。新工科背景下地方应用型高校办学过程中的人才培养模式从教育理念、课程体系、师资队伍建设、校企合作、教学监控和专业评估等方面重新构建地方应用型高校的办学定位和提升人才培养质量过程中应重视的改革方向。The new engineering education proposes new guidance for the talent training in higher education,puts forward new challenge and brings about opportunities for the transformation development of local applied universities,who can conduct specialty connotation construction based on new Engineering concept in line with their own conditions.This paper studies the talent training model in local applied universities under the background of new engineering concept,and puts forward the direction of teaching reform in the process of improving the quality of talent training under the new engineering concept in terms of the education concept,curriculum system,teaching staffconstruction,school-enterprise cooperation,teaching supervision and specialty assessment.
