转型背景下地方高校创新创业教育体系建设:现实反思与实践路径——以黑河学院为例

摘　　要：构建科学完善的创新创业教育体系,并实施有效的质量监控与评价,是推进地方高校向应用型转型发展,提升人才培养质量的重要途径之一。以省内外多所地方高校创新创业教育建设情况为数据,显示创新创业教育体系建设对推进地方高校转型发展的现实意义,以及创新创业建设过程中存在的问题。以黑河学院为例建构解决问题的路径,将创新创业教育纳入学校教学质量监控体系,对创新创业教育实施常态化监控与评价,把质量监控作为促进地方高校提升创新创业教育质量的可行策略和手段。Building a scientific and perfect education for innovation and entrepreneurship system,and implementing effective quality monitoring and evaluation is an important way to promote the local university’s transformation development into an applied one and to improve the quality of talent training.Based on the data for constructing innovation and entrepreneurship education in many local universities inside and outside Heilongjiang province,this paper shows the practical significance of constructing innovation and entrepreneurship education system to promote the transformation development of local universities,points out the problems existing in the process of constructing innovation and entrepreneurship,and thus puts forward construction paths by taking Heihe University as an example:bringing innovation and entrepreneurship education into the teaching quality monitoring system,carrying out regular monitoring and evaluation on innovation and entrepreneurship education,and taking quality monitoring as the feasible strategy and means to improve the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
