肠梗阻胃肠减压治疗中不同胃管置入长度的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析肠梗阻患者胃肠减压治疗中不同胃管置入长度的效果。方法:本次实验研究的对象为在本院接受肠梗阻胃肠减压治疗的患者58例,根据随机数字表法将患者分为试验组(n=29)与对照组(n=29),对照组患者的胃管置入长度为耳垂-鼻尖-剑突体表长度,试验组患者的胃管置入长度在对照组基础上加入了发际。结果:试验组患者治疗效果、引流量、留置胃管时间以及腹胀程度与对照组患者相比存在显著差异,P<0.05。结论:在实施肠梗阻患者胃肠减压治疗中耳垂-鼻尖+发际-剑突体表为理想长度。Objective: To analyze the effect of different length of gastric tube implantation in gastrointestinal decompression for patients with intestinal obstruction. Methods: The subjects of this experimental study were 58 patients who received gastrointestinal decompression treatment for intestinal obstruction in our hospital. According to the method of random number table, the patients were divided into test group(n=29) and control group(n=29). The insertion length of the gastric tube in the control group was the length of the earlobe-tip of the nose-xiphoid body surface, and the insertion length of the gastric tube in the test group was added to the hairline on the basis of the control group. Results: Compared with the control group, the treatment effect, drainage volume, retention time of gastric tube and the degree of abdominal distension in the test group were significantly different(P<0.05). Conclusion: The ideal length of earlobe-nasal tip + hairline-xiphoid surface in the treatment of gastrointestinal decompression for patients with ileus is the length of earlobe-nasal tip + hairline-xiphoid surface.
