《论语》的“孝”思想及其对医学生人文素养培育的价值刍议

摘　　要：《论语》作为儒家的经典著作,对中国人文化心理的塑造影响颇深。《论语》的“孝”思想主要包括养与敬、谏与隐、承与祭几个方面。“孝”作为家庭伦理观念,由于其和“仁”“礼”的密切关联而具有了向职业伦理延伸的可能性。《论语》的“孝”思想对当今医学生责任心、敬畏心和仁爱心的培养均有重要的价值,而这“三心”正是“大医”理想职业人格的题中应有之义。As a classic of Confucianism, The Analects of Confucius has a profound influence on the shaping of Chinese cultural psychology. The thought of “filial piety” in the book mainly includes the support and love for parents, admonition and concealment of parents’ faults, inheritance of parents’ wishes, burial and sacrifice to parents. As a family ethic concept, “filial piety” has the possibility of extending to professional ethics because of its close relationship with “benevolence” and “courtesy”. The thought of “filial piety” in The Analects of Confucius is of great value to the cultivation of medical students’ sense of responsibility, awe and benevolence, and these are exactly the intrinsic meaning of the ideal professional personality of “great doctors”.
