摘　　要：《治世龟鉴》是元代名臣苏天爵编撰的一部史书,集中体现了他的经国治世理念。该书由治体、用人、守令、爱民、为政和止盗六部分内容组成,每个部分都列举了大量典型事例和名言警句,涉及到国家治理的方方面面,蕴含着丰富的治国理政智慧,体现了苏天爵的良苦用心。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记反复强调要从传统文化中寻找治国理政的经验借鉴和智慧启示。作为我国古代有代表性的传统史学政论著作,《治世龟鉴》是先贤留给后人的宝贵财富,在国家和社会治理方面有着重要启示,许多原则和经验对新时代治国理政仍有借鉴意义。The Turtle Mirror of Governing the World is a history book compiled by SuTianjue, a famous minister of the Yuan Dynasty, which embodies his philosophy of governing the world. This book is mainly composed of six parts: governing the body, employing people, abiding by orders, loving the people, running the government, and stopping theft. Each part mainly lists typical cases or famous aphorisms related to this, involving all aspects of national governance. The wisdom of governing the country reflects SuTianjue’s good intentions.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly emphasized the need to seek experience and wisdom in governing the country from traditional culture. As a representative work of traditional historical value in ancient China, The Turtle Mirror of Governing the World is precious wealth left by the sages to future generations, which hasimportant enlightments in many aspects to the governing of the country and society. Some of the principles and experiences are still of reference value in the practice of state governancein the new era.
