摘　　要：青少年作为一个特殊群体,心智尚未成熟,如果不及时、正确地教育和引导,就容易成为违法犯罪的高危群体。犯罪行为决策是行为人是否选择犯罪行为、如何实施犯罪行为的决策,是对相关行动方案进行选择的过程。基于国内目前没有成熟的、可信的青少年犯罪行为决策的研究工具,以犯罪青少年为研究对象,编制了“青少年犯罪行为决策”问卷。该问卷结构稳定合理,信度、效度良好,可以作为评定青少年犯罪决策的有效工具。Teenagers are a special group of immature minds.Without correct and timely education and guidance, they are prone to become a high-risk group of illegal crimes. Juvenile Delinquency decision-making is the decision of whether the teenager chooses criminal behavior and how to carry out criminal behavior, and it is the process of choosing the relevant action plan. Due to the lack of mature and credible research tools for juvenile delinquency decision-making in China at present, the questionnaire “Juvenile Delinquency Decision-making” was developed with juvenile delinquency as the research object. The structure of the questionnaire is stable and reasonable, and its reliability and validity are good. It can be used as an effective tool to evaluate juvenile delinquency decision-making.
