摘 要:目的:分析PDCA循环在口腔种植临床实习医院感染教学中的应用效果研究。方法:选择2021年7月—2022年2月在滨州医学院附属医院实习的学生110例作为研究对象。依照双盲法将对象均分为对照组55例(常规组)和观察组55例(PDCA循环干预组)分别采用进行手卫生执行率比较,统计两组手卫生执行情况。结果:观察组手卫生依从情况明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);PDCA循环后学生手卫生正确率85.45%高于PDCA循环前52.73%,差异有统计学意义。结论:PDCA循环应用于口腔种植临床实习可以明显提升手卫生的执行率,增强学生对感染控制的意识。ObjectiveTo analyze the application effect of PDCA cycle in the teaching of nosocomial infection in oral implant clinical practice.Methods 110 students from July 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research subjects.According to the double-blind method,the subjects were divided into 55 cases in the control group(conventional group)and 55 cases in the observation group(PDCA cycle intervention group),respectively,to compare the implementation rate of hand hygiene.Statistics on the implementation of hand hygiene in the two groups.Results The hand hygiene compliance of the observation group was 85.45%significantly higher than that of the control group52.73%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PDCA cycle in oral implant clinical practice can significantly improve the execution rate of hand hygiene and enhance students'awareness of infection control.
