摘　　要：球团生产过程中采用润磨机对混合料再磨及二次混匀,以提高混合料整体细度,改善铁精矿造球性能,并降低膨润土消耗量。文章介绍停用润磨机状态下逐步提高粗粒度铁精粉消耗比例,通过强化生产过程监督管理、工艺制度优化等措施,逐步提高并稳定粗粒度铁精粉消耗比例,以平衡消耗各类铁精粉。同时在含铁资源市场日益严峻的形势下,可降低公司优质铁精粉的采购压力。In the process of pellet production,a wet mill is used to regrind and re-mix the mixture to improve the overall fineness of the mixture,improve the pelletizing performance of iron concentrate and reduce the consumption of bentonite.The article introduces how to gradually increase the consumption proportion of coarse iron concentrate powder under the condition of stopping the wet mill,and gradually increase and stabilize the consumption proportion of coarse iron concen-trate powder by strengthening the supervision and management of production process and optimizing the process system,so as to balance the consumption of various kinds of iron concentrate powder.At the same time,under the increasingly severe situation of the iron resource market,it can reduce the purchase pressure of the company's high-quality iron con-centrate powder.
