摘  要:为了获得具备抑菌活性的新型细菌纤维素基复合材料,采用超声震荡使发酵获得的细菌纤维素(Bacterial Cellulose,BC)与ε-聚赖氨酸(ε-Polylysine,ε-PL)充分接触吸附后,制备出了PLBC复合膜。考察了PLBC复合膜的吸水率和脱水率、微观结构、力学特性,采用红外光谱及XRD分析了PLBC复合膜的性能表征,通过抑菌圈法与吸光度法考察了PLBC复合膜对E.coli及S.aureus的抑菌作用,初步探讨了PLBC复合膜对E.coli与S.aureus的抑菌机制。结果表明:ε-PL的结晶会影响PLBC复合膜的微观结构,在制备PLBC复合膜时ε-PL的浓度选择0.5%较为适宜。红外光谱及XRD分析的结果证明成功地制备出了PLBC复合膜。PLBC复合膜的力学特性较BC膜有了一定程度的提升,同时因为ε-PL的引入使PLBC复合膜具备了良好的抑菌活性,是一种具有应用前景的医用敷料或抗菌食品包装材料。In order to obtain a new type of bacterial cellulose-based composite with antibacterial activity,by using the ultrasonic vibration,the PLBC composite membrane was prepared by making the bacterial cellulose(BC)obtained by fermentation fully contact adsorption withε-Polylysine(ε-PL).The hygroscopic rate,dehydration rate,microstructure and mechanical properties of PLBC composite membrane were investigated,and the performance characterization of PLBC composite membrane was analyzed by using the infrared spectroscopy and XRD analysis.Then,the antibacterial activity of PLBC composite membrane on E.coli and S.aureus was investigated by using the bacteriostatic circle method and absorbance method,and the antibacterial mechanism of PLBC composite membrane on E.coli and S.aureus was preliminarily discussed.The results showed that the crystallization ofε-PL would affect the microstructure of PLBC composite membrane,and the appropriate concentration ofε-PL was 0.5%in the preparation of PLBC composite membrane.The results of the infrared spectroscopy and XRD analysis proved that the PLBC composite membrane could be successfully prepared.The mechanical properties of PLBC composite membrane have been improved to a certain extent compared with BC membrane.At the same time,because of the introduction ofε-PL,PLBC composite membrane had good antibacterial activity,which was a kind of medical dressing with application prospects or antibacterial food packaging material.
