摘 要:针织圆机生产效率高,生产过程中一旦出现疵点,会造成大量的不良产品,影响企业经济效益。针对这一问题,开发出一套针织圆机疵点的实时在线检测系统。该系统由硬件系统和软件系统构成,硬件系统能够很好地适应圆机的快速运行并实时进行织物图像的采集;软件系统对采集的织物疵点图像进行相应图像处理,实现疵点的检测、定位、分类及统计等。系统的使用可以实时检测长漏针、破洞、断(错)纱等疵点,降低产品不良产品率,降低生产成本,提高产品质量。Circular knitting machine has high production efficiency. Once defects appear in the production process,it will cause a large number of defective products and affect the economic benefits of enterprises. Aiming at this problem, a real-time online fault detection system for the defects of circular knitting machine is developed. The system consists of a hardware system and a software system. The hardware system can be well adapted to the rapid operation of the circular knitting machine and can collect fabric images in real time, and the software system performs corresponding image processing on the collected fabric defect images to realize defect detection, location, classification and statistics. The use of the system can detect defects such as long missing needles, holes, and broken(wrong)yarns in real time, reducing the rate of defective products, reducing production costs and improving product quality.
