摘 要:为解决银系抗菌纺织品的易氧化变色的问题,文中采用液相化学还原法,以水合肼为还原剂,羧甲基壳聚糖、抗坏血酸、(L+)酒石酸钠、十二烷基二甲基溴化铵为络合剂与硝酸银反应,制备出稳定的纳米银溶液,通过紫外吸光度测试优化不同络合剂的制备工艺,以XRD、SEM对其物相和形貌进行表征。采用浸轧法将制得的纳米银溶液整理到棉织物上,探讨不同络合剂对棉织物白度的影响。结果表明:以抗坏血酸为络合剂的纳米银溶液平均粒径为50 nm,结晶度高;当整理液浓度为50 mg/L时,整理效果佳,纳米银溶液在棉织物上分布均匀,抗黄变效果好,此整理织物日晒24 h后白度值仅下降了2.15%;对整理织物进行抗菌测试,整理后的织物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌率都可达99.00%以上。To solve the problem of easy oxidation and discoloration of silver antibacterial textiles, in this paper,through the liquid phase chemical reduction method, the hydrazine hydrate is used as a reducing agent to react with silver nitrate, while carboxymethyl chitosan, ascorbic acid,(L+)sodium tartrate, and dodecyl dimethyl ammonium bromide are used as complexing agents. A stable nano-silver solution is prepared. The preparation process of different complexing agents is optimized by UV absorbance test, and their phase and morphology are characterized by XRD and SEM. The prepared nano-silver solution is used to treat cotton fabric by padding method, and the influence of different complexing agents on the whiteness of cotton fabric is discussed. The results show that : the average particle size of the nano-silver solution with ascorbic acid as the complexing agent is 50 nm, and the crystallinity is high. When the concentration of the finishing solution is 50 mg/L, the finishing effect is good. The nano-silver solution is evenly distributed on the cotton fabric and is resistant to yellowing. The effect is good, and the whiteness value of this finished fabric only drops by 2.15% after 24 h exposure. The antibacterial test is performed on the finished fabric, and the antibacterial rate of the finished fabric against E. coli and S.aureus can reach more than 99.00%.
