摘 要:企业实习生制度有利于学生提前融入企业、强化能力,优化企业人才梯队,对高职院校教学改革和人才培养,提升就业率和就业质量有非常重要的意义。但实践中还存在体系不完善、企业动力不足、实施过程不规范等问题。通过对存在问题的讨论,得出结论:政府做好导向性和支持性制度,高职院校和企业打造利益共同点。在此基础上建构的实习生制度才能培养出具备行业文化、岗位技能、人文素质的应用型人才,实现“生、校、企、社、行”共赢。The enterprise intern system is conducive to students'integration into the enterprise in advance,strengthening their ability and optimizing the talent echelon of the enterprise.It is of great significance to the teaching reform and personnel training in higher vocational colleges and to improve the employment rate and employment quality.However,there are still some problems in practice,such as imperfect system,lack of enterprise power and non-standard implementation process.Through the discussion of the existing problems,it is concluded that the government should do a good job of guiding and supporting system,and the higher vocational colleges and enterprises to create common interests.Only through the internship system constructed on this basis can applied talents with industry culture,job skills and humanistic qualities be cultivated to achieve a win-win situation of"students,school,enterprise,society and industry".
