摘　　要：转型发展背景下应用型本科高校电子档案建设面临着新的要求。简要阐述了当前我国高等教育发展的形势与要求,对我国应用型本科高校电子档案建设的形势和重要性进行了总结,对应用型本科高校电子档案建设存在的主要问题与困境以及原因进行了深入分析,并结合新时代高等教育高质量发展的要求提出了应用型本科高校电子档案建设的路径与对策,旨在为推动应用型本科高校电子档案建设管理高质量发展提供理论基础与实践应用参考。This paper briefly expounds the current situation and requirements of the development of higher education in China,sums up the situation and importance of the construction of electronic archives in application-oriented universities in China,makes an in-depth analysis of the main problems and difficulties in the construction of electronic archives in application-oriented universities and colleges as well as the reasons,and puts forward the paths and countermeasures for the construction of electronic archives in applicationoriented universities to provide the theoretical basis and practical reference for promoting the high-quality development of electronic archives construction and management in application-oriented universities in combination with the requirements of the high-quality development of higher education in the new era.
