摘　　要：为发挥高校人类智慧传承和再创造场所的作用,支撑和推动智慧校园建设发展,在梳理相关定义、在“十四五”档案事业发展规划任务中分量以及相关性的基础上,从能力、活动、过程三个层面,阐述智慧化管理视域下高校档案数据化工作开展方向和核心要义,提出将“数据化”视为产品生产过程,围绕5W2H开展研究,以期为高校档案智慧化管理实践,探索一条可重复、可复制的有较方法。In order to give full play to the role of human smart inheritance and re-creation in colleges and universities,thus, support and promote the construction and development of smart campus, on the basis of sorting out the relevant definitions, the weight and relevance in the "14th Five Year Plan" archives development planning task, this paper expounds the development direction and core significance of university archives digitalization work from the perspective of smart management from the three levels of ability, activity and processing, It is proposed to regard "digitalization" as the production processing of products and carry out research around 5W2H in order to explore a repeatable and reproducible method for the practice of smart management of archives in colleges and universities.
