基层医院护士循证实践知信行现状调查及影响因素分析

摘  要:目的 了解基层医院护士循证实践知识、信念、行为水平并探究原因,为管理者制订护士循证实践教育培训提供参考。方法 采用分层随机抽样法,于2021年4-5月对广州市番禺区妇幼保健院200名护士作为研究对象。采用一般情况调查表和循证实践问卷(EBPQ)进行调查。结果 护士循证实践知识、信念、行为维度平均得分为(58.60±20.41)、(24.52±7.04)和(26.84±9.31)分。单因素分析结果表明不同年龄、工龄、护士职称、工作压力、循证护理培训、开展循证实践意愿和循证实践经历的循证知识得分,不同年龄、工作压力、开展循证实践意愿和循证实践经历的护士循证信念和行为得分以及不同阅读文献习惯护士循证信念得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);多元线性回归分析显示护士循证知识技能水平的高低主要由护士开展循证实践意愿、循证护理培训与循证实践经历、工作压力决定(P <0.05)。结论 护士循证实践信念积极,知识技能水平较低,为提高护士循证护理实践水平,应结合护士不同的人口学特征制订相适宜的循证实践培训方案。Objective To understand the level of nurses’ knowledge, attitude and practice toward evidencebased practice(EBP) in primary hospitals and to explore the influencing factors, so as to provide references for managers to develop EBP education and training for nurses. Methods A total of 200 nurses in Panyu Maternal and Child Care Service Centre of Guangzhou April to May 2021 were selected as the study subjects by using the stratified random sampling method. These subjects were surveyed by a General Profile Questionnaire and an Evidence-Based Practice Questionnaire(EBPQ). Results The average scores were(58.60±20.41),(24.52±7.04) and(26.84±9.31) respectively for EBP-related knowledge, attitude and practice among nurses.Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the scores of EBP-related knowledge of nurses with different age, length of service, professional title of nurses, work pressure, EBPrelated nursing training, willingness to engage in EBP and experience of EBP-related practice, The scores of EBP-related beliefs and behaviors of nurses with different age, work pressure, willingness to engage in EBP and experience of EBP, as well as the scores of EBP-related beliefs of nurses with different reading habits(P < 0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the levels of EBP-related knowledge and skills of nurses were mainly determined by their willingness to engage in EBP, evidence-based nursing training, experience in EBP,and work stress(P < 0.05). Conclusion Nurses have positive attitudes but low levels of knowledge and skills about EBP. Therefore, to improve nurses’ evidence-based nursing practice, applicable EBP training programs should be developed by combining different demographic characteristics of nurses.
