摘 要:为了研究润滑油中常见添加剂如摩擦改进剂、减摩剂及清净剂对发动机关键零部件活塞环-缸套摩擦副摩擦学性能的影响,并探究其相互作用机理,利用SRV?4型多功能摩擦磨损试验机的活塞环-缸套摩擦副研究了SN/GF-5 0W-20润滑油及添加剂二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼(molybdenum dialkyl dithiocarbamate, MoDTC)、二烷基二硫代磷酸锌(zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate, ZDDP)、磺酸钙清净剂对活塞环-缸套摩擦学性能的影响,并用SEM、XPS分析了缸套磨损表面摩擦膜。研究结果表明:SN/GF-5 0W-20发动机油中MoDTC的含量会影响其摩擦学性能,当Mo元素含量为0.50%(质量分数)时,摩擦学性能最优。ZDDP与MoDTC润滑体系具有良好的协同效应,能明显降低摩擦系数;在ZDDP/MoDTC润滑体系中引入磺酸钙清净剂,会减少MoS2摩擦膜的生成,使摩擦系数升高。In order to study the influence of common additives in lubricating oil, such as friction improvers, antifriction agents and detergents, on the tribological properties of engine piston ring-cylinder liner friction pair, and to explore their interaction mechanism, the effects of SN/GF-5 0W-20 engine oil, molybdenum dialkyl dithiocarbamate(MoDTC), zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate(ZDDP) and calcium sulfonate detergent on the piston ring-cylinder liner were studied using the piston ring-cylinder liner friction pair of SRV?4 multifunctional friction and wear tester. Furthermore, the friction film on the wear surface of the cylinder liner was analyzed by SEM and XPS. Results showed that the content of MoDTC in SN/GF-5 0W-20 engine oil would affect its tribological performance. When the content of Mo element was 0.50%(mass friction), the tribological performance was the best. The ZDDP/MoDTC lubrication system had a good synergistic effect and could significantly reduce the friction coefficient. The introduction of calcium sulfonate detergent into the ZDDP/MoDTC lubrication system reduced the formation of MoS2friction film and increased the friction coefficient.
