摘 要:采用EC130改性剂和橡胶沥青为原料制备EC130-橡胶复合改性沥青,基于三大指标试验、黏度试验,探究不同掺量的EC130改性剂对橡胶沥青基本性能以及黏度的影响,确定其合理的掺量范围;基于动态剪切流变试验(DSR)和弯曲梁流变试验(BBR),探究不同掺量的EC130改性剂对橡胶沥青高温流变性能和低温流变性能的影响。研究表明:随EC130改性剂掺量的增加,EC130-橡胶复合改性沥青针入度和延度升高,软化点和黏度降低;EC130改性剂能够降低橡胶沥青的复数剪切模量G^(*)和车辙因子G^(*)/sinδ,提高橡胶沥青的相位角δ;当掺量小于8%时,两者PG高温等级相同,表明EC130改性剂能够提高橡胶沥青黏性成分,降低其抗永久变形能力,当掺量小于8%时,其对橡胶沥青高温性能的影响不大;EC130改性剂能够降低橡胶沥青的蠕变劲度S,提高其蠕变速率m,但二者低温PG等级相同,表明EC130改性剂能够提高橡胶沥青的低温性能,但提升幅度不大;EC130改性剂能够有效降低橡胶沥青的黏度,推荐EC130改性剂的合理掺量为6%。EC130 modifier and rubber asphalt are used as raw materials to prepare EC130-rubber composite modified asphalt. Based on the three index test and viscosity test, the influence of different dosage of EC130 modifier on the basic properties and viscosity of rubber asphalt is explored to determine the reasonable dosage range. Further, based on dynamic shear rheological test(DSR) and bent beam rheological test(BBR), the influence of EC130 modifier with different dosage on high and low temperature rheological properties of rubber asphalt are studied. The results show that: with the increase of EC130 modifier, the penetration and elongation of EC130-rubber modified asphalt increase, and the softening point and viscosity decrease;the EC130 modifier can reduce the complex shear modulus G^(*)and rutting factor G^(*)/sinδ of rubber asphalt, and improve the phase angle δ of rubber asphalt. When the content of EC130 modifier is less than 8%, the PG grade of the two is the same, indicating that EC130 modifier can improve the viscosity of rubber asphalt and reduce its permanent deformation resistance. When the content of EC130 modifier is less than 8%, it has minor impact on the high temperature performance of rubber asphalt. The EC130 modifier can reduce the creep stiffness S and increase the creep rate m of rubber asphalt, but the PG grade of low temperature is the same, indicating that EC130 modifier can improve the low temperature performance of rubber asphalt, but the improvement is not large. The EC130 modifier can effectively reduce the viscosity of rubber asphalt, and the reasonable dosage of EC130 modifier is recommended to be 6%.
