摘 要:低热导率的环氧芯体使得阀侧套管散热困难,造成套管温度过高。该隐患严重危害套管安全运行,并对芯体生产工艺提出严苛要求,从而制约套管国产化发展。针对套管过热难题,提出了基于强制空气冷却的阀侧套管(简称风冷套管)设计技术,并建立风冷套管的热电–流固耦合仿真模型,分析了风冷套管的温度、载流和暂态等特性。在此基础上,研制了±800kV阀侧风冷套管样机,并通过了试验验证。结果表明:风冷套管技术可以有效降低套管温度,提高套管均温性以及增大套管45%通流能力。该技术有效解决了套管过热问题,是提升阀侧套管运行可靠性和完成国产化替代的有效途径之一。The epoxy core with low thermal conductivity makes it difficult for the side bushing of converter valve to dissipate heat,resulting in excessive temperature,which seriously endangers the safe operation of the bushing.Meanwhile,strict requirements should be met in the production process of the core body,which restricts the development of the localization of the bushing.In response to this problem,this paper proposes a valve-side bushing(referred to as air-cooled bushing)technology based on forced air cooling.The thermoelectric-fluid-structure coupling simulation model of the air-cooled bushing is established,and the temperature,current-carrying and transient characteristics of the air-cooled bushing are analyzed.On this basis,the±800 kV valve-side air-cooled bushing prototype is developed and verified by tests.The results show that the air-cooled bushing technology can be utilized to effectively reduce the bushing temperature,improve the temperature uniformity,and increase the flow capacity by 45%.Therefore,this technology can be utilized to effectively solve the problem of overheating of the bushing,and it is one of the effective ways to improve the reliability of the bushing and complete the replacement of localization.
